The BITS Pilani BITSAT cutoff scores 2025 for admission to BE, BPharma, and Integrated BSc-MSc courses have been published course-wise.
BITS Pilani Iteration 5 for admission to ME/MPharm courses has been released based on the BITS HD test and GATE/GPAT scores.
PhD Jan 2026 applications are open, and the last date to apply is Nov 17, 2025. Further, the written test and interview will be held on Dec 17 and Dec 18, 2025.
The GATE 2026 exam for admission to ME/MTech/PhD courses will be conducted on Feb 7, Feb 8, Feb 14, and Feb 15, 2026.
The GPAT 2026 application form for admission to the MPharma course is expected to be released during the first week of April 2026.

BITS Pilani was established in 1964 and it is a private deemed university. It is located in Pilani, Rajasthan. BITS has three campuses located in Goa, Dubai and Hyderabad. It is accredited with 'A' Grade by NAAC and also recognised by UGC. BITS Pilani is ranked 11 by the NIRF 2025 Ranking under the 'Engineering' category. Q: What is the course fees for two years M.Tech in BITS Pilani?

BITS Pilani ME/MTech fee range between INR 2.42 Lacs and INR 10.4 lakh for two years. An additional amount of INR 12,000 will be charged as the semester advance fee, which is payable at the beginning of each semester and is adjustable at the end of the same. Candidates admitted through GATE/ GPAT are eligible for a tuition fee waiver per month over and above the GATE/ GPAT scholarship that they will receive. For BITS Pilani M.Tech course detailed fee structure, candidates are advised to contact the admission department of the institute. It is offered across different specialisations. It is a full-time integrated first-degree programme offered at BITS Campus Pilani.
